Okay this is BS if you hadn't already noticed, I mean sure it can lag sometimes, but why lower the limit? That totally reduces times people can be on.

Actually, BLS had a very good reason for doing so. With the new Xyzs program implemented there is a plethora of new data flowing through the server at a given time, which started to overload and sometimes crash the server at the given 5000 before the limiting. With this new 4000 limit, the server can and is running much, much, much better, no longer crashing every 30 minutes or so.
